SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY FOR U.S. ORDERS

      If you are unhappy with an item we will take it back for a full refund within 15-DAYS from the date your order is placed, as long as all items are in NEW, UNUSED condition in its original UN-OPENED PACKAGING. This EXCLUDES all items listed in the SWAG products section due to the various Third-Party Printing and Production Facility locations set up to be produced and shipped closest to your delivery destination, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the quantity and volume of your order.

      As soon as we get your product back in hands, NEW, in UNUSED condition, and with ORIGINAL UN-OPENED PACKAGING, your return is usually processed within the following 2-5 business days. If upon return of your item is visibly used, damaged, or out of the original packaging, we will return your original ordered item(s) back to you AS-IS, without exchange or refund, and a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS (depending on how your contact info is set up).

     

RETURN SHIPPING

      You are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the event that there was a mistake made by AMALGAM RC. In this event please let us know the situation ASAP via email, and we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all return costs associated with the mistake made if it was in fact on our behalf. If your item is damaged in any way with the return shipping process, we will return your original ordered item(s) AS-IS, without exchange or refund, so be sure to package with supplemental padding accordingly to prevent shipping damages.

 

REFUNDS

      If a "REFUND" is established with us, a credit will be issued for returned merchandise back to the credit card/ payment method used for the listed retail price of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

      All exchanges are subject to product availability. In the event a product is unavailable, we will issue you a REFUND. In this event the price of the item(s) will be refunded back to the credit card used and/or we will send an invoice for any balance due and contact you if necessary. Please note that ALL SWAG items are not eligible for Exchanges or Refunds being that they are Third-Party Production, and all sales through them are final.

 

CHANGING / CANCELING ORDERS AFTER PLACED

      We are unable to CANCEL / MODIFY orders once they have been placed. This includes updating shipping address or making further changes to an already completed order. After you receive your order, you can return your item(s) for a REFUND or EXCHANGE per our exchange policy conditions listed above.
